What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor its progress.

Can I change my order?
Orders can only be modified if they haven’t entered the shipping process. If your order is "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered," changes cannot be made.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two main payment methods:

  • PayPal: Processed securely via PayPal, including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
  • Credit Card: Direct payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the conversion rate.

Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes, we offer a 3-times payment option.


Shipping

Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping, including to Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Order processing typically takes 3-7 days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

How can I track my package?
After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you're unavailable, a new delivery attempt may be scheduled, or you may be contacted to arrange a suitable date. In some cases, your package may be held at your local post office for collection.


Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes, under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased on our online store.
  • The item remains unused.
  • Return or exchange requests are made within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted following the same conditions as returns. Please specify your exchange request when contacting support.

Are returns free?
Return shipping is free in select cases. If the return is not due to a Carmatic error, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the package. Once approved, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 14 days.
